We require 2 days and then we will forward to you a suggested itinerary and encourage a phone or video call to go over day by day to ensure you are happy with this draft, we can easily and quickly amend anything to suit.
We have 33+ years of local experience. Hence with the volume of bookings we give to our Suppliers each year - we know they look after us (some are personal friends!), therefore we can look after you - with very competitive pricing, ie: true value for money - for you!
When you are ready to book, commit - Libby, Geoff’s wife (Tour Director) will send to you your deposit invoice for payment, once paid we immediately lock in all your preferred accommodations (this is always our first priority). Please note when we are booking any flights all Airlines require pre payment
90 days prior to arrival we will invoice you for your balance payment (Libby will send your receipts)
30 days prior to arrival Real New Zealand Tours will send you a Final Confirmation of your itinerary
Once everything is booked we will send to you a login for your mobile Travel App which has very useful user friendly information, Geoff’s personal mobile number (owner Real New Zealand Tours) - other contact phone numbers (freephone) 24/7, weather info, dining guide, vouchers, any road closures, delays etc and importantly live updates, all our clients absolutely love this unique feature we provide. We still offer a PDF copy and website link of your itinerary.
